The Journey That Brought Us Here

Some stories begin exactly as planned. Ours almost didn't happen at all.​

Our story began in August 2022 at the launch of an English school in Adelaide. Danilo wasn't even supposed to attend that evening, but one last-minute decision changed both of our lives forever. We spent the night talking, laughing, and getting to know each other. Before the evening was over, Danilo quietly told a colleague, "One day, I'm going to marry that girl."

Life wasn't quite ready for us yet. We went our separate ways, crossing paths only occasionally, until almost a year later, when we met again—at the very same place where our story had begun. This time, everything felt different. The timing was finally right!

From then on, life seemed determined to bring us back to one another. We discovered we had planned to celebrate New Year's Eve at the same beach club in Bali, unexpectedly found ourselves in Brisbane during the same week, and shared countless moments that felt far too meaningful to be mere coincidences.

​

Before long, we built a home together in Adelaide SA—the city where our journey began and the place, we are proud to call home. Along the way, Danilo won over the most important member of the household, Molly, and our little family became complete. Through every adventure, every challenge, and every new beginning, we've grown together as partners and as individuals, always encouraging one another to become the best versions of ourselves.

In July 2024, we were legally married in a small and intimate ceremony. It marked the beginning of our marriage, but we always knew we wanted to celebrate this milestone surrounded by the people who have loved, supported, and shaped our lives.

For the past two years, we've dreamed of this day.​​

Our symbolic wedding is a celebration of the promises we've already made, the life we've built together, and the journey that has brought us here. We would be honored to have you join us in Adelaide, South Australia as we celebrate our love, our commitment, and the beginning of our next chapter.​
